WHERE ARE WE HEADING TO IN NIGERIA (2)

From my last article, I was seriously angry and vexed at the way things are going in this country.
But with recent happening all around us here in Lagos, I believe there is a greater, better, and rewarding future for all the youth in this country, there is hope.
His Excellency, BRF Babatunde Raji Fashola has proven beyond doubt that, once the head of affairs in any parastatal has a vision and remains focused; things will definitely get better for us.

Looking at the trend of happenings, I realized that everything is possible. What am I talking about? “Oshodi” the most dreaded and fearful place in Lagos. Anxiety and trepidation grips anyone that passes by it, be it at broad daylight or God forbid in the night. Almost all people living in Lagos has a story to tell about Oshodi, the fear of Oshodi is the beginning of wisdom in Lagos parlance.

However, this was in the past, it went with 2008. All thanks to our able governor, he has been able to rid all nonsense of Oshodi, and I have been bewildered to know that it can be as it is now, who will believe that Oshodi can take this new look so soon even before the beautification process is started.

In Conclusion, if Oshodi that has been a menace to Lagos can be transformed within hours, this country can be transformed within a short while if we have the right leader. My desire is that, people that have clear focus and vision for this country of ours should be appointed into office, instead of playing “paddy paddy” politics.

God bless Babatunde Raji Fashola!
Long Live Lagos!! Long Live Nigeria!!!
We are getting there in Jesus name.
